| Report Torexe Furies and Exeter Eagles played a great game marked by long rallies and steady pressure on both sides of the net. Furies found their rhythm early, using strong serving and organised passing to take control of key phases and keep the ball moving through all rotations. Their defence remained disciplined, with players covering the court well and extending rallies to force errors. Eagles responded with confident receiving and gradually increased their impact as the match developed. A growing presence from the service line saw Eagles produce a number of telling aces, and their attacking play became more assertive as they settled into the game. Play remained tight throughout, with both teams working hard to convert defensive plays into scoring opportunities. Momentum shifted several times, but the Furies’ serve strength and composure in the closing stages helped them regain control and secure a competitive home win against the strong Eagles team. |
