Having known HKVB long before our entry into the EDVA, this match was a culmination of anticipation and rivalry that we have long awaited. In a testament to our hard work and determination, Eagles Exeter clinched a decisive 5-0 victory, securing our fifth consecutive set win against every team we've faced. This remarkable achievement positions us one step closer to being recognized as the second-best team in Division 3. HKVB is undeniably a formidable opponent, showcasing the agility and skill that define great players. However, it was our resilience, particularly during a nail-biting deuce in the fourth set, that truly shone through. With HKVB on the brink of victory, our team demonstrated that as long as the set isn’t over, we must continue to fight and leave no crumbs behind.
