| Report This was Amazon’s last match of the season and the league decider. Exeter Storm were a little slow to get going in the first set but came back stronger in the second to tie the game at one set all. A strong run of serves from Anna Lang early in the third set swung the match in favour of Amazons. The remaining match was closely fought with good rallies and some great defence from the Exeter Storm youngsters. The experience of the Amazons kept them ahead throughout the remaining sets to retain the EDVA league title. |
